From the experience of working a variety of employment opportunities in the past it never crossed my mind that the workload combined with management lack of empathy and support is what lead to my decrease in desire to keep working in some employment positions. It always felt like my lack of motivation or drive for those positions came from my inability to keep up with demand, due to consistent negative comments about my skills and overwhelming demands of workload and hours from management.
There had to be something wrong with me, right?
